Brief Latitude Festival report:
Friday:
The National, Everything Everything and The Wild Beasts were all, as predicted, superb. Villagers surprisingly brilliant. Kissaway Trail were OK but not setting my world alight. Aaron Wright pretty terrible. Missed Laura Marling as didn’t think she would handle large outside arena - prefer to see her in a little indoor venue. Same goes for the Unthanks who I caught a little of.
